Browse the Catalog, add hours to your Cart, and submit a note via Contact. We’ll confirm availability and send a final quote.

What is included with the hourly rate? Copy link

Each studio includes basic grip (stands, sandbags, clamps) and a host to help you settle in. Specialty lighting or seamless paper may have add-on pricing, always listed upfront.

Can I reschedule or cancel? Copy link

Yes. You may request a change by replying to your confirmation email. Fees may apply for late changes or no-shows as described in our Terms.

Do you allow natural light shoots? Copy link

Absolutely. Several rooms are designed around natural light. Check tags like “south windows” or “north light” in the Catalog.

What capacity should I pick? Copy link

Use our estimator on the Home page. Compact fits up to 3, Standard up to 6, and Spacious up to 12 depending on the room.

Is there on-site support? Copy link

Yes. A host welcomes you, reviews safety, and assists with basic setup. For advanced lighting direction, we can recommend gaffers upon request.

Do you have equipment lists? Copy link

Each studio lists features and tags. If you need a specific modifier or a paper color not listed, ask via Contact.

How do Fallows work? Copy link

Click “Add to Fallows” in the Catalog. We save your favorites locally on your device, so you can compare studios later in Fallows.

Can I extend time on the day? Copy link

If the next slot is free, we’re happy to extend at the listed hourly rate. Ask your host 30 minutes before your end time.
